**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist with the design and development and maintain the in house inventory management program
- Support the daily, weekly, monthly cycle count program for the site ensuring compliance to SLA requirements
- Support the Replenishment/Slotting team
- Identify and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies
- Assist with planning and undertake periodic (annual) wall-to-wall physical inventory count
- Generate and analyze reports from the inventory management system for management
- Follow company policies/procedures and Quality/safety/HR related policies and procedures.
- Ensuring daily reporting of operational/quality requirements are completed.
- Performing special projects as required by the Inventory Control Supervisor.

**Experience and Qualification**
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in an operations or distribution environment with specific experience in inventory management
- A College Diploma is required, with background in logistics/supply chain will be a plus
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with customers and employees.
- Must possess problem solving, conflict resolution, decision making and planning/organizing skills.
- Excellent written/oral communication and excellent listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task and excellent time management and computer skills.
- Must be creative and possess the ability to think outside the box.
- Must be legally able to work in Canada

**Work Environment & Physical Demands**
- Fast paced distribution center environment
- Conveyor machinery noise; material handling equipment traffic
- Constant sitting with frequent standing and walking through the shift
- Occasionally may need to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Some kneeling, pushing, pulling and lifting
- Most work on a computer on a desk with some elements of picking, packing as required
- Ascending and descending stairs, ladders and ramps
