I'm building a marketing team and looking for a _**Digital Marketing Coordinator**_.

Reporting to the company's owner, you will be instrumental in supporting the development and execution of Digital Marketing Plans by defining best practices for content optimization, managing media campaigns to maximize performance and spending against KPIs, and analyzing insights to drive incremental growth, following our business goals.

**What You Will Get to Do**:

- Organize the execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple digital advertising and social media channels.
- Work with clients to drive integrated digital marketing programs and align performance marketing/search activities to social media marketing activations.
- Manage performance budgets, reports, and monthly/annual forecasts.
- Use search learnings to identify keywords to drive organic SEO and optimize content.
- Obsess what drives search at each consumer. Identify what levers can be pulled and when to deploy these tactics to drive incremental demand for our products. Develop test & learn agendas to push for improved results continually; track and analyze campaign data to determine the success of deployed tactics.

**Recipe for Success**:

- Completion of a university or college degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce Business.
- Experience with Digital Marketing (Search/Display/SEO) and Trend Analysis in an eCommerce setting.
- Comfortable managing projects with ambiguity and working in a role where the scope will change over time based on business needs.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $32,393.67-$45,000.00 per year
