Ensure scorecard compliance
- Quickly and efficiently liaise with the correct teams
- Ensure task completion on time, by updating the relevant systems or by means of following up development and support teams
- Build & maintain a knowledge map for quick reference on different stakeholders /teams for an app/LOB
- Create knowledge bases on repeatable tasks
- Identify opportunities to automate repeatable tasks
- Create and distribute status reports

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 Years of IT experience of relevant experience in Apps Development or production support or Dev Ops role
- Good in communication and ability to liaise with large number of stakeholders
- Good understanding of SDLC process, Dev ops tools and ability to understand system architectures
- Ability to plan and organize workload; adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
- Experience in Capital Markets domain - good to have

**Technical skills**:

- Jira or equivalent tracking tool
- Microsoft Excel - Intermediate to expert
- Project Management tools
- ITIL - good to have

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience**Job Family Group**:
