**Job Summary**:
This role involves supporting day-to-day office activities to ensure the location runs efficiently. Responsibilities include interacting with vendors, internal clients, external clients, and other team members, with a focus on maintaining a safe, well-maintained, and clean environment.

**Essential Duties**:
**General Office Support (30%)**
Assist with maintaining the office environment, including light cleaning of shared spaces, preparing meeting rooms, and managing office supplies. Tasks can be adapted to the individual's capabilities, with flexible approaches to completing duties.

**Vendor and Inventory Management (30%)**
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, supply replenishment, and service requests. Duties can be modified to involve digital management or delegation, as appropriate for the individual's needs.

**Mail and Courier Services (10%)**
Support mail distribution, including managing incoming and outgoing packages. Assistance will be provided for tasks requiring physical handling.

**Employee Support Services (15%)**
Provide assistance with Location Services ticketing system, such as photocopying, scanning, and document handling. Tasks can be adapted for accessibility, and training will be provided to ensure comfort with equipment.

**New Hire Onboarding (10%)**
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including organizing their workspace and providing a welcoming tour. Flexibility in task execution will be encouraged to match individual strengths.

**Reception and Visitor Management (5%)**
Assist with visitor management, ensuring quality customer service at the reception area. Tasks will be adjusted based on comfort with public-facing roles.

**Other Duties (5%)**
Additional tasks as assigned, with responsibilities adjusted based on the individual's capabilities and preferences.

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years in a related field or area.
- Experience can include any relevant volunteer work, internships, or personal projects.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or GED.

**Skills**:

- Effective communication skills, with accommodations for alternative communication methods if needed.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills; training will be provided as necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with support as needed.

Compensation Range: $16 - $24 per hour
