Autobody and Classic Car Restorations Shop Manager

Responsibilities:
- Repair and restore damaged vehicles to their original condition
- Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
- Inspect repaired vehicles for quality and ensure they meet safety standards
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently
**Requirements**:
- Red Seal Certified (Preferable, not required)
- Strong Project Management Skillsets
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and processes
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for auto body repairs
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- You've had some extended years working in the auto body industry. Red seal Preferable, not required
- You've been in a management role and can effectively manage a team of 4-5 techs as a Leader by example.
- You've got a thing for custom, classic and modified cars
- You're a hard worker and can have fun at the same time. We promote a healthy balance at our shop and we want to cultivate a strong bond within our team members.
We're a small shop based in Richmond, BC and require someone that is seeking long-term growth opportunities to grow with the company.

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
