Site Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Site Management Specialist to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management and supervisory experience, with the ability to lead a team of 5-10 people. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling activities, preparing production reports, and supervising workers and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
- Train or arrange for training to develop the skills of team members.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on-site.
- Recommend personnel actions to management.
- Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Lead and instruct individuals to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 5 years or more of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
- Fabrication.
- Installation.
- Residential.
- Free parking available.

- English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- 37.5 hours per week.
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
