**Job Summary**:
As the Cabinet Shop Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support and inform Cabinetry staff, vendors, and customers with great level of organization. You will learn what data is needed to prepare our team for success, work directly under our Cabinet Shop Manager to provide great customer service to our Project Managers and customers alike. In this role, you can expect to learn about cabinetry specifications, hardware, materials, project timelines, and quotations.

**Job **Responsibilities**:

- Treat all employees with dignity and respect.

- Ensure the safety and welfare of staff on job sites and in shop.
- Assist the Cabinet Shop Manager with pending scope completion.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with staff and customers.
- Willing to reasonably go above and beyond the scope of a job when necessary.
- Order cabinet doors, countertops, hardware, and other cabinetry related materials.
- Deliver samples of cabinetry related materials to customers and advise on selections.
- Prioritize projects to complete work as efficiently as possible.
- Take on challenges of fast turnarounds if needed.
- Complete daily timecard approvals for cabinetry staff.
- Coordinate personnel assignment for jobs with the Cabinet Shop Manager and Cabinet Shop Supervisor.
- Coordinate an organized daily schedule for cabinetry work.
- Ensure the upkeep the Cabinet Planner Tracking System.
- Learn to enter quotes for repairs of cabinetry based off scope information.
- At an advanced level, learn to scope repairs for cabinetry jobs.
- Work closely with our Cabinet Shop Helper to keep an organized, safe cabinet shop.
- Complete cabinetry estimates in PC Cabs Quote format.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in the restoration industry is considered an asset.
- Previous experience working in Cabinetry is considered an asset.
- Works well alone and with others
- Must be able to lift over 50-pound equipment and materials.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 per annum (based on experience)
