**Position Overview**:
Revenue Management Labs is seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner. The Executive Assistant will be a key support to the partner, ensuring they can devote their full attention to the company's core operations, while the assistant adeptly handles administrative tasks. This position requires exceptional multitasking abilities, superior communication skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Managing Partner, reporting directly to him, and will be co-located with him in his office.

**Qualifications**:

- Effectively manage and maintain the Managing Partner's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize Partner’s complex calendar and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues.
- Ensure that the Managing Partner is well-prepared for meetings with necessary documents and materials.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Partner, including drafting and proofreading documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for meetings and presentations.
- Ensure timely and efficient communication within the executive team and across departments.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Managing Partner.
- Track project timelines, follow up on action items, and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the Managing Partner.
- Collaborate with the IT or technology department, specifically TUCU, to facilitate the setup of drives and data storage solutions.
- Assist in setting up and managing credit cards for the Managing Partner. ensuring that the cards are issued, activated, and managed efficiently.
- Prepare, compile, and accurately file Managing Partner’s expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to company expense policies and guidelines. Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 4+ years of related experience required in working in an Executive Assistant role supporting executives.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in business correspondence.
- Proficiency in office software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, G Suite).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of office management practices and procedures.
- High level of discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- A proactive approach to managing tasks.
