- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist bookkeeper with accounts receivable
- Calculate additional charges, such as shipping costs and extras, to include in invoices
- Ensure every invoice sent out is accurate
- Work with other members of the financial staff, such as Bookkeeper
*Requirements*
- Proficiency in data entry and record keeping
- Knowledge of accounts receivable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of basic accounting math
- Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entries
- Solid organizational skills to keep track of invoices
- Great customer service skills to work with various clients
**Experience**:
High school diploma minimum education.
Invoicing experience is a plus.
*This is a part time contract position. Part time will be 4 hours a day (10am to 2pm) / 5 days a week (Mon to Fri).
Location of office: 2701 Durante Way, Milton ON
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
