**The responsibilities of a veterinary receptionist/sales representative include but are not limited to**:

- Anticipating the needs of our clients and patients to ensure a seamless and positive experience
- Managing referrals from other clinics in a professional and timely manner
- **Travelling to visit clinics locally and out of town to maintain existing relationships and to form new relationships with our referring vet partners.**:

- Handling office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining medical records
- Using various computer programs including, but not limited to, eVet practice software, excel, word, etc.
- Handling client questions and concerns so the Veterinarian can spend more time caring for our patients
- Providing health and financial updates to clients with hospitalized pets
- Minor animal handling, for which training will be provided
- Maintaining a clean office space and hospital

Starting wage is $22.00/hour plus pay-for-performance bonuses and the opportunity for rapid pay increases. Uniforms are provided.

Applicants must be able to cover sick/vacation days as well as some long weekends/holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
