**Position Summary**:
The Recruitment & Conversion Co-ordinator is responsible for implementing key recruitment and conversion tactics and strategies to enhance college-wide enrolment of domestic, direct and non-direct, full-time and part-time students.

**Responsibilities**:
**Prospective Student Advising and Support**
- Proactively reaches out to prospective students, applicants, influencers, or stakeholders, in groups or individually, following campus tours, major recruitment events (e.g., Open House) or marketing initiatives (e.g., webinars, lead campaigns) and selected digital and advertising campaigns.
- Utilizes Seneca’s CRM and Marketing Automation tools to collect, input, review, update and track key information, activities and interactions with prospective students and applicants.

**Faculty Collaboration and Event Support**
- Conducts a needs assessment for the department regarding specific faculty information, success stories and additional creative marketing content to be referred to and leveraged in recruitment and conversion activities.
- Liaises with academic faculty/school contacts to support advising and to escalate situations requiring more academic support.
- Collects and accurately captures faculty information and organizes content in a format that is accessible by the Student Recruitment, Marketing and Communications teams.
- Supports the initiation, planning, co-ordination and execution of faculty-led events (e.g., webinars, program specific tours, Specialist High Skills Major events) and follows up with leads to support next steps.
- Collaborates with Student Recruitment staff on various department-wide recruitment and conversion events (online, in-person and hybrid formats), identifying and securing faculty guest speakers and campus service areas (e.g., Marketing and Communications, Facilities Management, College Services, Security) as needed.
- Supports scheduling conflicts by participating in selected off-campus recruitment visits, outreach activities and events on behalf of Seneca. Supporting events at other campuses as needed.

**Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) System Administration**
- Reviews applicant and prospective student dashboards daily and assesses call lists and prioritization based on time of year or key initiatives (e.g., low enrolment, prograM/Faculty specific, event follow up).
- Initiates use of training tools, marketing collateral, web and other resources to advise prospective students and applicants and documents their progress in the recruitment and applicant funnels.
- Utilizes CRM to maintain contact information of prospective students and leads, review prior points of contact to assess next advising steps, and document interactions.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**
- Minimum completed three (3) year diploma in marketing, public relations or community services. If education is in another field of study, state how it is related.

**Experience**
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience within the college or university system, with experience advising prospective students and applicants and giving presentations.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in customer service is required.

**Skills**
- Familiarity and proficiency in working with a variety of college provided tools, software and digital components to ensure effective and efficient communication, with the ability to navigate between platforms regularly and oftentimes simultaneously.
- Demonstrated planning, follow-through and time management skills, working effectively both independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to communicate with and relate to diverse audiences and populations, including secondary school students, mature students, Canadian newcomers, external stakeholders (e.g., guidance counsellors, teachers, community leaders) and internal faculty and staff.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to facilitate collaboration with partners and key stakeholders with varying interests and desired outcomes.
- High energy, with the ability to manage overtime hours during peak periods.
