L'administrateur de succursale occupe un rôle essentiel au sein de notre entreprise en appuyant l'équipe de gestion dans toutes les facettes Ce poste exige une combinaison de compétences en gestion, de leadership, de gestion de projet et de connaissance de l'industrie pour garantir le succès continu de notre entreprise au niveau local.

**Vos responsabilités**:
- **Saisie de Données et Documentation**: Saisir avec précision et maintenir des données dans divers systèmes, garantir la mise à jour et l'accessibilité des dossiers et documents lorsque nécessaire.
- ** Traitement de la Correspondance**:Gérer les communications entrantes et sortantes, notamment les courriels, les lettres et les appels téléphoniques, en répondant aux demandes ou en les acheminant vers les parties appropriées.
- ** Soutien aux Projets**: Contribuer à la coordination des projets en aidant à la planification, au suivi des progrès et à la production de rapports.
- ** Soutien dans la gestion du Réseau Routier** : Appuyer l'équipe dans l'optimisation du réseau routier.
- **Gestion d'équipe**: Appuyer les superviseurs dans la gestion, et la motivation des équipes de travail et contribuer aux objectifs opérationnels globaux.
- ** Gestion de Problématiques et Adaptation Rapide** : Réagir de manière proactive et efficace aux problèmes opérationnels, notamment la gestion d'équipe, l'optimisation du réseau routier, les bris d'équipements, les ralentissements dans le système et les problèmes liés à la gestion des clients.

**Votre profil**:
- Éducation : Baccalauréat ou DEC en gestion des affaires, gestion des opérations, logistique ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience : 1-3 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans la gestion des opérations de succursale.
- Une expérience antérieure en gestion de projet, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un poste de gestion similaire est un avantage.
- Capacité à analyser les données opérationnelles pour prendre des décisions éclairées.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Capacité à interagir efficacement avec les clients, les fournisseurs et le personnel de la branche.
- Bonne capacité de négociation et résolution de conflits.
- Fortes compétences en leadership avec la capacité de motiver et de diriger une équipe.
