Inside Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Demand Forecasting & Planning**:
- Collaborate with sales to obtain a rolling 100-day demand forecast (N+2).
- Generate factory build requirements and submit SIOP reports by the 10th of each month.
- Conduct monthly reviews with international partners to reconcile inputs against the shipping plan.
**Inventory Management**:
- Monitor inventory status and track aged fleet to meet turnover goals.
- Liaise with factories on delivery lead times and track on-time delivery (OTD).
- Develop and publish monthly metrics for factory OTD versus requests.
**Sales Support**:
- Manage and update product pricing files in SAP.
- Work with product engineering to obtain and load options pricing into SAP.
- Assist sales in generating quotes as needed.
**Call Center Management**:
- Oversee the call center for equipment, parts, and services.
- Coordinate special build/purchase order requirements with factories.
**Reporting & Analysis**:
- Update key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly for Canada.
- Act as the point of contact for demo equipment approvals and track status.
- Conduct basic credit reviews in collaboration with finance and track product ECO changes.
**Order Management**:
- Expedite and track urgent orders with international partners.
- Schedule and document monthly and quarterly business reviews with sales representatives.
**Sales Analytics**:
- Publish monthly sales analytics for Canada and product mix.
- Report monthly shipments by manufacturers for Canadian sales team.
**Database Management**:
- Maintain and update the customer database in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with IT on effective software implementation.
- Share monthly CRM reports with key insights.
**Financial Management**:
- Track past dues and work with finance on resolutions.
**Core Values and Internal Controls**:

- Adhere to internal controls policies and support IPO needs as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience with a GED or high school diploma.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, inventory management, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- **Mandarin speaking is a plus but not required.**

Pay: $56,220.00-$61,133.00 per year
