**Vice President Sales (Insurance Solutions) - Ontario, Manitoba & Saskatchewan**

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, our Vice President, Sales will drive all branch insurance solutions for Ontario, Manitoba & Saskatchewan. This role will develop a successful group of sales teams and Account Executives within this region and in specialized portfolios. These portfolios include Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Government Auto, Financial Services, and Acquisitions

**Here is what a typical day looks like**
- Effecting transformation and adaptation of Western’s strategic goals as they relate to key areas of Insurance Operations and support the Western’s Mission and Vision
- Managing to ensure sales budgets are consistently met or exceeded through leading and promoting the long-term sales strategy for the company’s product offerings
- Guiding the effective recruiting, onboarding and retention of Branch Insurance Solutions teams
- Establishing and enhancing Westerns presence and profile in the marketplace
- Identifying education and learning needs and working with Learning & Development and Customer Experience teams to develop training material/programs to support consistent sales growth
- Conducting coaching and mentoring sessions with direct reports focusing on delivering results, training and development needs, sales strategies and providing guidance
- Leading and guiding Leaders through full cycle sales to meet targeted results
- Providing essential leadership to direct reports through on-site client visits to create learning and coaching opportunities
- Championing and supporting the integration and implementation of Western sales and operating practices in new acquisitions

**The value you bring**
- 10+ years experience leading a team at a senior level with a proven track record of exceeding business goals and targets, insurance experience a desired asset
- 5+ years working in a cross-channel / omni-channel sales line with responsibility for variety of product offerings
- Track record of using KPIs to standardize and coach success and a proven ability to elevate performance and deliver results
- General Insurance Level 2 License an asset

**Hours**: 37.5 hours/week - Full-time
