Sales Manager/sub Dealership

Job Summary:

Partnered with one of the biggest telecommunication companies in Canada, we continue to expand our market presence. We're seeking ambitious sales groups to join forces with us and drive our growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to drive performance and meet objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to close deals effectively
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development
- Strong ability to negotiate and close sales deals successfully
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in driving outside sales initiatives
**Requirements**:
- We're seeking an ideal sales team to collaborate with, leveraging the support of a reputable brand to boost their revenue growth.
- Preference will be given to sales teams with residential security sales experience.
Pay: $32,481.27-$126,864.96 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
