We are seeking an **Administrative Student,** for our **warehouse in Nisku, AB**, within our **Canadian Industrial Division **that is available** **for **4 months or 8 months starting in September 2023.**

Here's how a(n) Administrative Student for our Edmonton Industrial Management office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Fielding telephone calls, filing, and data entry, typing of various correspondence and formatting of documents
- Performing a variety of Internet research functions
- Preparing word documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Calendar management and support for manager
- Assisting with meeting preparation (i.e. coordination of information, preparing tabs, and distribution of material)
- Maintaining office supply inventory and orders as appropriate
- Additional support and duties, as required

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary diploma or degree program
- Application of various computer software programs will be required, including Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Able to work with limited supervision in a team environment
