Events in recent years have made us all too familiar with the havoc that natural disasters can wreak, and the increasing frequency and intensity with which they are occurring. Despite record levels of losses, conventional methods of risk modeling continue to paint at best an incomplete picture of these threats.

Zesty.ai uses novel data gathering and data science methods to produce higher quality information about the risks to property from catastrophes like floods and wildfires. While AI alone may not be able to thwart these disasters, it can help us become more prepared for them, and ultimately this will lead to better outcomes.

As a **Sales Operations Manager**, you are comfortable and excited to help drive and grow the business. You will work closely with the client development team to develop and execute sales leads using Salesforce and other apps. You're versed in business development strategies to expand business opportunities with existing institutional clients. You thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment that moves fast and you are a pacesetter who wants to set a high standard. You are organized, self-directed, and driven to win in an enterprise sales environment.

**What You'll Do**:

- Possess an understanding of ZestyAI solutions from a contractual point of view
- Work closely with ZestyAI's CRO to streamline internal sales and contract processes
- Optimize Salesforce use for the Client Development team
- Be well organized and help the client development team stay on track with lead tracking, sales cycles, documentation, pilot scheduling and renewals
- Track performance of the sales team through the use of Salesforce
- Provide accurate forecasting, tracking key sales KPI's, tracking all of the contract related activities
- Making sure the sales team is integrated into to the various other parties in the org i.e. RAC, BD, CS, marketing and legal
- Onboarding new Client Development team members
- Deep understanding of SaaS contracts

**What You Bring to the Zesty.ai Team**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in sales operations involving an enterprise software platform (B2B)
- Expert-level skills using Salesforce, along with the ability to build custom reports/integrations
- Expert-level skills with Docusign, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word) and CRM software
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment for insurance, risk analytics, real estate, SaaS
- Ability to interface with key client stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including senior management (internal)
- Excellent organizational skills to track all contract documents and sales timelines
- Proven track-record of delivering high quality results in a timely manner
