**Key Responsibilities**:

- Acts as a first point of contact for a specified client group in either Field Operations or Corporate office, and/or a combination of both unionized and non-unionized staff
- Provides counseling on attendance management, performance issues, disciplinary measures.
- Responds to requests from the Union, Canada Labour, Human Rights Commission and any other governing body
- May lead and/or participate in workplace investigations, and/or counsel with internal investigators to ensure matters are escalated and dealt with in accordance with Company Policy and/or legislation

**Critical Qualifications**:

- 2-4 years labour relations or union experience within a unionized environment
- Excellent written and/oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skill and able to interact at all levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and think critically

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with a diverse workforce
- Proven leaderships and business acumen
- Practical knowledge of the Canada Labour Code
- Experience with grievances and arbitrations

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
