**Responsibilities and duties**
- Project management
- Mentor and supervise our team of Project Consultants and Technicians.
- Hazardous materials/designated substances assessments and abatement inspections.
- Development of abatement/remediation scopes of work and NMS specifications.
- Contractor oversight during abatement operations.
- Mould assessment and remediation oversight.
- Indoor air quality monitoring and potable water sampling.
- Hygiene monitoring of noise, chemicals, dusts, and radiation.
- Ventilation assessments.
- Legionella consulting and management plans.
- Radon testing and mitigation.
- Preparation of proposals.
- Preparation and review of technical reports.
- Maintain and enhance quality control.
- Participate in and encourage adherence to the Safety and Health program.
- Develop business relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Other tasks as required.

If you enjoy working on a wide variety of projects, tasks and assignments; respond easily to changing priorities and like to run field investigations, we would like to hear from you if you have:

- Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Environmental Technology is preferred.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience as a project manager in a related industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills.
- Fluency in English essential, other languages an asset.
- Vehicle and valid driver’s license required (work related travel expenses are compensated).
- Availability to travel.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends as required.
- Undergo security clearance.
