Parkway Storage is currently recruiting for **Customer Service Representative** to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following, but not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Daily management of storage facility, tenant records, information systems and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service to existing tenants and rent new units to new customers.
- Opening & Closing Procedures, Cash Handling, and Bank Deposits/Reconciliations
- Keep the facility up to the highest of cleanliness standards (i.e., cleaning high touch areas, cleaning units, sweeping, picking up trash around the property, etc.)
- Confirm reservations, rent storage units, present lease agreements, and collect rental payments
- Maintain property appearance by cleaning facility daily
- Perform daily inspection of storage units to ensure they are clean, properly locked and rent ready
- Sell, order and maintain various products and services as part of the retail business
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

This opportunity is part-time with shifts on Saturday and Sunday.
