The **Executive Chef Consultant** **Quebec** is a true Team Playerworking with their colleagues to reach the company’s vision, values, goals and objectives They accept the responsibility to reach the mutually set objectives and understands the need to be accountable for their performance results. Must be able to take ownership; be resourceful; embrace change and challenge; be sales and service-driven; adaptable; results-oriented; analytical; and take initiative This person owns the sales results for the defined territory in Quebec. The company’s head office is in Milton, Ontario.

**What You Will Do**
- Plan and implement strategy to achieve territory sales and profit targets
- Identify, open and develop new end user client relationships
- Drive sales in our leading brands portfolio with emphasis on driving volume and profit
- Support, setup, and attend trade shows as required
- Work with Marketing and Customer Service Team to maintain pricing, discounts, programs and trade deals
- Track and prepare Sales contracts and respond to RFPs
- Use Salesforce to document sales activity and sales funnel opportunities
- Maintain safeguards of confidential company information

**Experience and Qualifications Required**
- Must be a certified Red Seal Chef with a minimum of 5 years industry experience
- Must be fully Bilingual in French and English
- Sales experience is an asset
- Has a strong passion for helping people and forging relationships
- Able to prioritize and follow up
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient user of Word, Excel, & Outlook.
- Valid driver’s licence and passport and ability to travel to factories in the USA as required for training

**Ce que vous ferez**
- Planifier et mettre en œuvre une stratégie pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et de profit du territoire
- Identifier, ouvrir et développer de nouvelles relations avec les consommateurs finaux
- Stimuler les ventes de notre gamme de marques leaders en mettant l’accent sur l’augmentation des volumes et des bénéfices
- Soutenir, configurer et assister à des salons professionnels au besoin
- Travailler avec l’équipe de marketing et du service à la clientèle pour maintenir les prix, les remises, les programmes et les accords commerciaux
- Suivre et préparer les contrats de vente et répondre aux appels d’offres
- Utiliser Salesforce pour documenter l’activité de vente et les opportunités de vente ‘’entonnoir’’
- Maintenir des mesures de protection des informations confidentielles de l’entreprise

**Expérience et qualifications requises**
- Doit être un chef certifié (Red Seal) avec un minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie
- Une expérience de la vente est un atout
- Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est obligatoire
- Passionné(e) par l'aide aux personnes et la création de relations
- Capable d'établir des priorités et de faire un suivi
- Excellentes compétences en communication
- Fortes compétences organisationnelles
- Utilisateur compétent de Word, Excel et Outlook.
