**Help us boldly shape the Automotive Fleet Service business in Canada**

**Canadian Tire is focused on becoming the premier automotive maintenance and repair destination for the Automotive Fleet business in Canada.**

The Automotive Fleet Business Analyst will perform analysis of the Automotive Fleet business at a store, regional and national level to support improved decision making, identify key trends and opportunities and to develop recommended best practices in support of growing our Automotive Fleet business. The Automotive Fleet Business Analyst will play a key role in providing reporting and insights to the Automotive management team, while also working closely with our Fleet account partners, Canadian Tire Financial Services and Store Operations teams and our Associate Dealers to continuously improve related operational processes and the Fleet customer experience.

Reporting to the Automotive Fleet Business Manager, this position will collaborate with multiple internal teams and external Fleet customers to provide relevant analysis, present insights and recommendations and perform various operational tasks in support of developing and executing new Fleet growth initiatives as well as day to day Fleet operations.

**What you'll do**

**Responsibilities**
- Support the business by developing operational and financial reporting along with executive dashboards, providing analysis for the business
- Manage data, translation of data into actionable insights
- Provide findings to all levels of the organization’s leadership in an understandable and compelling manner
- Work with business partners to optimize tasks to increase efficiency and accuracy, include driving the design of automation for the business
- Build robust and interactive reports to shed light on the performance of various initiatives
- Collaborate with multiple cross functional teams to improve operational efficiencies and develop new business capabilities to improve both the store and customer experience
- Play a key role in developing the Canadian Tire Fleet business brand within the fleet industry in Canada
- Analyse industry trends and market research data from various industry sources to develop improvement recommendations and opportunities
- Performing analysis on auto service programs and make recommendations for improvement to Manager, Automotive Fleet Business
- Execution of Fleet business related projects

**What you bring**

**Qualifications**
- University degree or equivalent
- Demonstrated understanding of the automotive business, preferably in fleet.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is an asset but not required
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to clearly present findings
- Experience accessing and managing data from multiple sources and databases
- Advanced skill level in: MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong project coordination and planning skills
- Communication skills; strong verbal, written and presentation skills
