**Tully Luxury Travel** has an outstanding opportunity; we are looking for an energetic and driven marketing professional to join our team. We design life-enriching travel experiences for a discerning global clientele, curated with the utmost attention to detail. **People and relationships make us the powerhouse agency we are.**
We are looking for someone who will professionally execute all internal agency marketing;
**overseeing projects** related to marketing campaigns. Working with the marketing team, internal departments, and external stakeholders, this **energetic and organized** individual will deliver flawless marketing initiatives and campaigns as scheduled in the marketing calendar.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Assist in the creation of and fully manage a content calendar; incorporating and integrating various social, digital, print, event, and website elements. o Create project timelines, ensuring all campaigns are developed, approved and deployed in a timely manner. o Leverage marketing analytics and prioritize resources to maximize outcome. o Provide campaign post-mortem analysis.
- Develop a synchronized and accelerated cadence of successful deliverables that motivates external suppliers and delights internal customers. o Manage full project life cycle, including; working with suppliers and internal team members to define project requirements, tasks, coordination, schedules, and timelines. o Drive and influence team members to ensure deliverables are achieved on time and achieve the goals of the project.
- Lead and facilitate status meetings; schedule regular meetings to ensure accurate compilation of material (copy & photos), and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
- Support the team in coordinating the requested assets from external partners or suppliers
- Disseminate marketing information through existing or new platforms to increase ease of use and value to all stakeholders.
- Ensure that operational processes and practices are upheld and work closely with the team to create opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Adjust to shifting timelines and priorities and negotiate resolutions to changes that all parties are aligned with.
- Ensure all marketing collateral, completed projects, and initiatives are in compliance with

Brand standards; act as a Brand ambassador.
- Manage the production of established marketing content.
- Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers to understand the project needs and goals.
- Build and maintain internal and supplier relationships.

- Working with the internal team collect data on marketing initiatives and propose suggestions and ideas to adjust initiatives to increase marketing impact and reach; maintain campaign deployment information.
- Other duties as assigned.
- **Knowledge & Experience Required**:_
Previous experience coordinating/managing projects
- Exceptional communication with team members at all levels and external partners
- Positive and open-minded team player
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Data collection and analytical
- Proficient in making decisions in high-pressure situations and pivoting based on the circumstances (aggressive and fluctuating prioritization)
- Experience working on paid campaigns and managing funding an asset
- Travel industry and luxury product experience an asset
- **Qualifications**:_
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business field.
- 3 years of previous experience in marketing and project management.
- Experience in targeting audiences and devising Marketing campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Must be a self-starter with experience working independently, a strong sense of ownership in all aspects of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
