Qualifications:

- Experience with medical terminology / administration/diagnostic Imaging would be considered an asset.
- Recent experience performing administrative support, customer service, or Call Centre experience
- Demonstrated working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong time management, organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated independence and comfort in taking initiative on resolving issues within scope of responsibility
- Demonstrated professionalism and telephone manners
- Demonstrated team-based skills and customer oriented approach
