**Network Infrastructure**
- The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

**The team you will be a part of**

NI Strategic Sourcing is looking for a motivated, self-starter looking to make a significant contribution to a critical project being developed within the NI organization.
- Through the project support during your work term, you will have the opportunity to contribute to long-term strategic planning for NI and develop your digitalization and automation skills while learning more about Procurement and Sourcing and the Peoples organization.
- Position: Training & Development Co-op/Intern
- Duration: 4+ months
- Date: September 5th to December 22nd, 2023 (with possibility to extend)
- Location: Hybrid in Ottawa, Canada

**What you will learn and contribute to**

Support the digital organization and Introduction of a Competence Development Framework for a 200+ person global Strategic Sourcing organization.
- As part of the team, you will:

- Digitalization & automation of critical elements of the training program, including a new competence assessment tool
- Introduction of a new Competence Development SharePoint Online page
- Support program management in the introduction
- Organizing & structuring an extensive catalogue of available training
- Create an online platform for users to find relevant training quickly
- Adapt a known tool for NI training and monitoring completed training

**Your skills and experience**

**Education Recommendations**

Currently working towards Bachelor's or Master's degree, at an accredited Canadian school, in commerce, business administration, data analytics, project management, or similar.
- You have:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Advanced Microsoft app knowledge, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint Online
- Organized & attention to details

It would be nice if you also had:

- Ability to work independently
- Virtual collaboration skills with other global team members
- Strong Analytical Skills
- PowerBI skills
