We’re seeking a **Career Services Coordinator** to help students and graduates succeed in their career paths.

**Position**: Full-Time, Onsite
**Hours**: 9.30-6PM
**Salary**: $40,000 -$ 43,000
**Start Date**: January

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with businesses to secure practicum and job opportunities.
- Expand the network of practicum hosts and maintain employer satisfaction.
- Promote the College and graduates to the local business community.
- Collaborate with instructors to align practicum experiences with program requirements.
- Match students to suitable placements based on skills and career goals.
- Provide coaching on resume writing, interviews, and career planning.
- Monitor and support students during practicums, ensuring positive experiences.
- Stay informed on employment trends and guide students accordingly.
- Maintain and report graduate employment data.
- Analyze outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with students, alumni, and employers.
- Conduct intake interviews and maintain practicum records.
- Ensure compliance with College policies and standards.
- Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and respect for students and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Degree, diploma, or certificate in a relevant field.
- ** Experience**: 1 year in recruitment, career counseling, or related fields.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to build professional networks and work independently.
- Calm under pressure and goal-oriented.
