**Must have skills**:

- Strong in Communication skills and inter personal skills
- Should have good experience in troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops
- Should have experience in Active Directory and desktop engineering
- Hands on experience on VPN troubleshooting skills
- Exposure to handling US calls
- Hands on experience on VMware and VDI troubleshooting
- Knowledge on ticket quality management
- Knowledge on call quality management
- Knowledge on report and analysis from CMS
- Soft skills and communication training

**Good to have skills**:

- MCP & ITIL Certification

**Key responsibilities**:

- Troubleshooting hardware issues for both desktops and laptops
- Communicate effectively on basic desktop issues, printer installations, AD, Exchange, Hardware issues, Wireless issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC
