**We want your talent**

**If you are great at**:

- Drafting press releases announcing company updates, partnerships, awards, etc.
- Pitching stories to reporters to help establish Northbridge as an industry leader and increase brand visibility.
- Copywriting and proofreading a variety of external communications pieces including blog posts, advertisements, eBooks, advertorials, brochures, landing pages, website copy, social media posts, etc.
- Ensuring any content you produce for brand websites is SEO-optimized to help drive website traffic, brand awareness, and conversion rates across all Northbridge brands.
- Reporting on effectiveness of content strategy, looking at website traffic, brand awareness, and conversion rates across all Northbridge brands.
- Creating social videos through Lumen5 tool for social channels across all three NBFC brands.

**If you have**:

- Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in external communications within a B2B or B2C environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills, and an understanding of how to write for the web.
- Proven experience with interviewing individuals for external communications pieces.
- Experience with CMS and website optimization tools, including WordPress, Hubspot, AhRefs, SEMRush, and other SEO tracking tools.
- Technical SEO knowledge and experience analyzing/interpreting keyword data
- Experience putting together content marketing campaigns and ongoing content development plans.
- Strong creative, project management and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in French is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
