**Position Summary**

CIMCO is looking for a regular full time Branch Administrator to work in our Vancouver office in British Columbia. This role will appeal to you if you are a highly organized administrative professional who takes pride in the accuracy of your work, attention to detail and ability to meet strict timelines on a consistent basis. This is a “go to” position for administration support respecting all facets of the business. This position supports operations in both our Winnipeg and Saskatoon branches as needed.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Reception - answering phones and receiving guests at the front entrance (people person - cordial, polite, helpful, professional)
- Weekly payroll - review & data processing of mechanic timesheets/expenses on a weekly basis.
- Accounts Receivable - support customer billing process as well as follow-ups on collections
- Maintain all employee records and ensure all certifications are current.
- Service work orders: create; prepare files for billing; accounting clean-up; close-outs.
- Provide administrative support for all staff.
- Order office supplies and schedule office equipment maintenance (e.g. copiers).
- Maintain and record building keys, coordinate and monitor building maintenance with landlords and office cleaning services.
- Daily filing & other duties as requested.

**Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications**
- Efficient & accurate data entry skills
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems
- Detail oriented
- Highly organized with strong attention to strict payroll deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team setting
- Flexibility to navigate changing business demands.
