Summary

The Field Service Representative (Detailer) provides hands-on service to client stores, setting up company displays, ensuring adequate inventory levels and resolving day-to-day customer and store issues.

We are looking for two Full Time roles, servicing the Hamilton & London areas, in Ontario.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit designated stores weekly, merchandising inventory, sorting bins and attending to general housekeeping duties. Stores may change base on business demands.
- Prepare and process new orders using company issued equipment.
- Ensures proper product inventory levels.
- Bring issues and discrepancies to the attention of the designated store manager and Detailer Supervisor.
- Work as a liaison between big box stores and the corporate headquarters.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
- Follow the store safety rules, and work in a safe and healthy manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years in a retail vendor or big box environment or related experience is preferred.
- Travel to client stores is required.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office) specifically MS Excel and Outlook.
- Strategic thinker, good communicator, and exceptional problem solver.
- Creates a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork.
