**Position**: Lead Hand
**Location**: Uxbridge
**Type**: Full-time

**About Us**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, trucks, trailers etc
- Execute daily tasks related to driving equipment with trailers
- Ensure equipment is properly cleaned, serviced, and stored.
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience operating and maintaining heavy equipment.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform tasks in various weather conditions.
- Knowledge of crop cultivation and farming practices is preferred (but not required)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
