**Note**:This role is supported by a flexible work arrangement. The role will also require periodic travel based on the needs of the business.
- Develop, execute and monitor quarterly and annual business plans to grow affluent and high net worth sales within the defined region.
- Support aligned advisors and others as case complexity occurs.
- Identify potential advisors currently at other MGA’s, National accounts or exclusive companies to refer to Sales directors to recruit.
- Collaborate with peer regional advanced insurance consultants on cases, and share best practices and ideas to drive team success revenue.
- Participate in and lead various programs, workshops, development webinars and sessions to share concepts, support sales team development, and advisor development.
- Back up peer regional advanced insurance consultants during vacations, absences, vacancies etc.
- Foster a strong team approach with local responsibility while being nationally available to support opportunities.
- Foster positive working relationships with regional sales network teams and other leaders.
- Maintain tracking and activity recording in systems that are provided.

- Work collaboratively, positively, and productively with the Advanced Markets Team.
- Have strong interpersonal skills.

**Key qualifications**:
- LLB, JD
- CPA (Chartered Accountant)
- Life & Accident & Sickness insurance licensed in the provinces they work
- One or a combination of the following: CLU, CHS, Ch.FC, CFP
- Bilingual (English and French)
