**Your new role**
Working closely with our Montreal, Quebec City and Atlantic branches, the **Bilingual** **CAD/CAM Trainer and Clinical Support** role is responsible for supporting our sales and installation teams by providing in-office and remote training of our CAD/CAM equipment portfolio to our clients. This is a home based position with the requirement to travel up to 50% of the time in Eastern Canada. This role requires the incumbent to be fully bilingual in French and English.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this position, you require a minimum of 5 years of dental experience, either laboratory or clinical. You have a natural aptitude for new technology and ideally have worked in a technical support or training role. You have excellent presentation skills. You are a strong communicator with the ability to make extremely complex information sound simple. You exude a customer-focused attitude with the ability to think on the spot to resolve problems. You are a team player and enjoying interacting with all different types of people. You must be willing to travel and have a valid driver's license. Bilingual in English and French is a requirement.

**Votre nouveau rôle**
En étroite collaboration avec nos succursales de Montréal, Québec et de l’Atlantique, le rôle de Formateur(trice) Bilingue en CAD/CAM et de Soutien Clinique est responsable de soutenir nos équipes de ventes et d’installation en fournissant des formations en bureau et à distance sur notre portefeuille d’équipements CAD/CAM à nos clients. Il s’agit d’un poste à domicile, avec la nécessité de voyager jusqu’à 50 % du temps dans l’Est du Canada. Ce rôle exige que le titulaire soit entièrement bilingue en français et en anglais.

**Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir**
Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous devez avoir un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine dentaire, que ce soit en laboratoire ou en clinique. Vous avez une aptitude naturelle pour les nouvelles technologies et, idéalement, vous avez travaillé dans un rôle de support technique ou de formation. Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en présentation. Vous êtes un communicateur(trice) efficace avec la capacité de rendre des informations extrêmement complexes simples à comprendre. Vous dégagez une attitude axée sur le client et êtes capable de résoudre des problèmes rapidement. Vous êtes un(e) joueur(se) d’équipe et aimez interagir avec différents types de personnes. Vous devez être disposé(e) à voyager et posséder un permis de conduire valide. Le bilinguisme en anglais et en français est requis.
