Full Time Veterinary Receptionist

**What you will be doing**:

- Greeting clients and checking in/out appointments
- Scheduling appointments
- Billing appointments and completing payments
- Maintaining medical records
- Assisting with patient handling where required
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- At least 1 year of animal care experience (preferred)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong technical skills
- Team player attitude

**Clinic hours are currently...**
- Monday to Thursday: 9am to 7pm
- Friday: 9 am to 12am (Emergency hours after 7 pm)
- Saturday: 9am to 12am (Emergency hours after 2pm)
- Sunday: 8am to 12am (Emergency hours)

Work remotely
- No

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
