Position Summary

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Sciences, Management Analytics, Statistics, or equivalent required
- Experience in data management and IT solution implementation
- Demonstrated proficiency in database design, development, reporting, and data visualization are essential.
- Experience in data visualization and dashboard development with Tableau is required.
- Certified in Health Information Management is highly preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum three years’ experience in health care, provincial and national health care information systems and data standards.
- Minimum three years’ experience in hospital information systems, operations, decision support, and utilization of metrics to drive business performance
- Minimum three years’ experience working in a health care data analytics role utilizing Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau and Crystal Reports
- Proven project management expertise
- Experience working with clinical, financial, or administrative datasets within acute care settings, LHINs, or other healthcare sectors will be an asset.
- Working knowledge of self-service analytic/ETL tools
