**Description**:

- More specifically, but not limited to, the Analyst will maximize delivery on the following:
- Support Dean in data analysis for: all program impact analyses, the development and updating of the strategic enrolment plan, the development of better projection tools for a more global orientation of the salary mass, financial planning and more accurate monitoring of both Day and Cont. Ed. sectors;
- Support Dean on Allocation: documenting processes with specific procedures to fulfill all legal obligations; revision of release process, timeline, and management; revision of annual allocation process, guiding principles, pedagogical priorities;
- Support Dean on Allocation and important communications: developing regular communications on allocation and institutional processes, and support to departments;
- Support Dean on the SPOC Reconciliation process of HR, Payroll and Workload Allocation: clear process with list of required reports and detailed information with timeline for its completion respecting MES deadlines;
- Support Dean on By-laws and policies revisions: relevant data collection, analysis (including risk evaluation) and recommendations;
- Oversee that operational processes and their procedures are updated for all sectors of Academic Systems Registrar: Admissions; Scheduling, Registration & Records; Academic Advising;
- Assess the current global information system tree of the 3 sectors of Academic Systems-Registrar and propose an integrated sustainable information system (including processes & procedures) and propose recommendations on its management and processes;
- In the context of change management, partner with organizational leadership from other areas of the academic and non-academic sectors (PSI, Learning Commons, TASC, ACCESS ) to propose/recommend new joint initiatives, evaluate proposals, and determine how they fit into the College’s capability roadmaps and priorities of Academic Systems-Registrar & Academic Advising;
- In the context of change management, partner with IT organizational leadership to propose/recommend the development of new in-house reports to optimize student monitoring in the academic sector;
- Develop process on progress and yearly reporting for continuous data collection following implementation;
- Facilitate the integration of new employees coming to Academic Systems - Registrar and Academic Advising by giving them a tour of Clara/Omnivox and providing necessary training in the different modules of Clara Pedagogy;
- Report and communicate on a regular basis the added value of new tools, processes and procedures;
- Maintain good communication at all levels of stakeholders and across the organizational functions;
- Make recommendations on all tasks and responsibilities described above.

Other related tasks which fall within the scope of the classification of this position may be assigned.

- Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Management information systems, Economics, Finance, Education, Administration or any appropriate field of specialization.

Conditions related to the specific position:
- Experience facilitating the development and prioritization of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives;
- CÉGEP Teaching experience and/or labour relations experience in the Education sector, an asset;
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication competencies;
