**CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Recruitment Specialist, Retail Division**
An incredible opportunity to bring your knowledge and experience to a growing and dynamic company. We are currently looking for an individual who is obsessed with providing training and development to our retail team inclusive of store associates and our leadership team.
**Role Specific Accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following**:
On a daily basis you will be **responsible** for:
- Source, Screen, Assess, Interview, hire and onboard for retail operations for entry level to leadership roles.
- Develop, implement and evaluate training programs with the purpose of enhancing skills, knowledge and performance.
- Work with department heads to create training programs and assessments for retail operations.
- Ability to identify various instructional methods/materials to ensure learning.
- Continuously look for learning and development opportunities to enhance employee development.
- Understanding of the product/services the business provides and the industry the company works in.
- Develop learning objectives that align with business goals.
- Complete performance reviews and develop action plans as required
- Travelling to various GTA stores
- Other duties as assigned
**Educational /Technical Experience**:
- Post Secondary education in a business related field or relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work with all levels
- Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of the business

- 3-5 years’ experience in the retail industry as recruiter, training manager or relevant experience
- A pleasant and approachable demeanour with good customer service skills
- Ability to perform physical work as required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the business, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- G2 license in good standing
