Our Franchise Car Dealership is seeking a Parts Manager with automotive experience specifically working in the parts department with heavy emphasis on parts expertise.
- Perform duties such as assisting customers, managing inventory and working with the service department.
- Ordering and selling parts over the telephone or in person
- Using DMS system for stock numbers, pricing, maintaining stock and inventory
- Identifying the necessary parts on the basis of the customer’s needs
- Marking incoming parts and stocking them in the stockroom

**Job Requirements** **1+ years working in an automotive parts position**
- **Experience with DMS parts inventory system required **(Quorum preferred)
- Team player with good work ethic and drive to help round out our team
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capability of recognizing part numbers and line codes to ensure the proper selection of parts
- Excellent computer skills
- Capable of lifting and moving merchandise
- Ability to foster B2B relations to improve wholesale sales.

**Education**

High School Diploma or Equivalent

**Experience**:

- parts management: 1 year (preferred)
- Car dealership parts department: 3 years (required)
- DMS parts inventory: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- G class license (required)
