We are looking for a detail oriented professional with experience in administrative support to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in the organization by providing administrative support to the Secretary Treasurer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Field incoming phone calls.
- Enter in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payables.
- Develop and use spread sheets.
- Assist with Data entry.
- Maintain filing system.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Take on several tasks concurrently.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 8 - 12 per week
