**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for:

- Entering data into the accounting system;
- Reconciling supporting documents for expense accounts, credit cards and customer invoicing;
- Answering phonesand questions from customers and suppliers;
- Collaborating on general activities related to accounting;
- Performing any other related tasks.
- Reconcile hourly employee hours through T-sheets software

**PROFILE**
- Diploma of professional studies or attestation of college studies in accounting;
- 1 to 2 years of experience in carrying out general accounting activities;
- Good with computer systems; especially excel
- Have an attention to detail;
- Be efficient, organized and autonomous;
- Bilingualism (French and English)

**WORKING CONDITIONS**:
