As part of the system processes, the incumbent will be responsible to maintain configuration in all environments running, monitor/audit interface and assist in case of failure, as well as aligning the system design with the changing business requirements. Inventory Optimization System Process Manager will ensure that all design issues are assessed, mitigated and escalated, to ensure the operational requirements are met.

**Key Functions & Accountabilities**:

- Collaborate with the IT shared service team to monitor data input feed daily and weekly
- Design, maintain and improve system generated reports and monitor supply chain performance
- Perform assessment on available data and address issue raised by stakeholder or users of the systems
- Document findings and raise issues to the right business unit or with the system provider
- Build and maintain system training documentation for all the existing roles of the supply chain teams
- Maintain/Audit users list, roles, and profile as per the establish governance model and best practices
- Recommend and maintain work queues accurate as per the inventory strategy and best practices
- Maintain and monitor segmentations and associated planning parameters as per the inventory strategy and best practices
- Manage the part planning system (Servigistics) in all aspects: parameter changes, scenarios, report generation, provider interface and regular daily maintenance.
- Provide training and on-going support to Demand Planning Managers to ensure optimal utilization of the system.
- Assist department managers in developing and monitoring metrics that gauge planner efficiency. Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports which support the metrics.
- Manage system enhancements and updates. Run systems data quality tests. Raise and follow-up on tickets with support team.
- Provide annual budget recommendation for the inventory management department.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain management, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Parts Operations, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Materials Management.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an analytical role using Servigistics or comparable planning tool.
- Professional process change and development skills with a proven track record.
- Excellent technical analysis and data manipulation skills.
- Professional PC skills with extensive knowledge of Excel, strong skills using database systems and creating complex queries SQL.
- Professional written and oral communication skills appropriate to all levels of the organization.
- Training and development experience, a definite asset
- Flexibility and adaptability to the demands and requirements of a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and priorities
- Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with alliances and partnerships in the extended supply chain and with stakeholders
- Advanced PC skills including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, PowerBI, and MRP / ERP systems
- Familiarity with Transport Canada Aviation regulations, TRAX & Servigistics is an asset
