Alteo is looking for a Systems Administrator for a permanent position based in Dorval.

** Hybrid work: 2 days in the office / 3 days teleworking **

As a Systems Administrator, you will work in both operational and project modes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the operation and optimize the performance of IT systems
- Configure and deploy new systems
- Update existing systems
- Perform data migrations
- Document and improve processes
- Actively participate, through attitude and behavior, in developing and maintaining a respectful, harmonious and stimulating work atmosphere for all.
- Collaborate with all colleagues and promote teamwork;
- Perform work with rigor and integrity
- Carry out tasks and responsibilities efficiently.

Profile:

- AEC/DEC in IT or equivalent
- 5-10 years' experience as a Systems Administrator
- Very good knowledge of the Windows environment: servers, Office 365 and 365 administration console, Active Directory, SharePoint, Azure
- Good knowledge of VMware, VPN, Firewall, Linux, SQL
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Autonomous, organized and good analytical skills
- Able to travel on occasion
- Good sense of adaptation in a fast-paced environment
- Ability and flexibility to manage several files simultaneously (versatility, initiative, priority management and analytical skills)

Alteo est à la recherche d'un Administrateur de systèmes pour un poste permanent basé à Dorval.

** Travail hybride : 2 jours au bureau / 3 jours télétravail **

En tant qu'Administrateur de systèmes, vous travaillerez à la fois en en mode opérationnel et en mode projets.

Responsabilités:

- S'assurer du fonctionnement, et optimiser les performances des systèmes informatiques
- Configurer et déployer les nouveaux systèmes
- Mettre à jour les systèmes existants
- Effectuer des migrations de données
- Documenter et améliorer les processus
- Participer activement, par son attitude et par ses comportements, à développer et à maintenir une atmosphère de travail respectueuse, harmonieuse et stimulante pour tous
- Collaborer avec l’ensemble des collègues et favoriser le travail en équipe;
- Effectuer son travail avec rigueur et intégrité
- Effectuer ses tâches et responsabilités avec efficacité

Profil:

- AEC/DEC en TI ou l'équivalent
- 5-10 années d'expérience à titre d'Administrateur systèmes
- Très bonnes connaissance de l'environnement Windows: serveurs, Office 365 et console d’administration 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, Azure
- Bonnes connaissances de VMware, VPN, Pare-feu, Linux, SQL
- Habiletés relationnelles, orientation service-client
- Autonome, organisé et bonne capacité d'analyse
- En mesure de se déplacer à l’occasion
- Bon sens de l’adaptation dans un milieu évolutif
- Capacité et flexibilité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément (polyvalence, initiative, gestion des priorités et capacité d’analyse)
- Bon communicateur en français (parlé, écrit), l'anglais est un plus
