**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Clinic Director & Registered Physiotherapist** to join our team. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic while also providing physiotherapy services for 3.5 days per week to start. Then, it will transition to 2 management days per week.

The Clinic Director will play a key role in ensuring the clinic operates efficiently and delivers exceptional patient care with the support of the owners and the office manager.

**Responsibilities**:
**Clinic Director Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to clinic staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, insurance providers, and suppliers
- Monitor clinic performance and implement strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets
- Ensure a positive patient experience by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner

**Physiotherapist Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high-quality, individualized physiotherapy treatment
- Utilize a holistic approach to assess and treat a wide range of conditions
- Design and implement evidenced-based care plans
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide integrative care
- Engage in continuous professional development to ensure best practice
- Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist
- Strong leadership and management skills, with previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting is an asset
