We have an opportunity in our Canadian Project Delivery team to support our Power Division in the delivery of large Transmission & Distribution projects for strategic clients in the Ontario market. You will work in an environment that provides an opportunity to excel and advance in your career.

**How will you contribute to the team?**

Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Project Managers to prepare comprehensive action plans and support the execution and tracking of large Transmission & Distribution projects. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- Help prepare budgets, analyze risks and opportunities and manage change notices.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate roadblocks.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordination of site review and visits.
- Coordinating with engineers for technical queries /RFIs responses and Shop drawing review.
- Preparation of pricing sheet, tracking project budget and man hours, staffing plan and forecasting.

**What will you contribute?**
- PMP certification.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Transmission & Distribution.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project coordinator or project management capacity.
- An ability to prepare and interpret schedules and step-by-step action plans.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products.
- Exposure to EPC projects is beneficial.
