**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR | CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

101 Mobility is looking for an energetic, customer‐focused, reliable and well‐organized office administrator/customer support person to handle day‐to‐day operations with a focus on efficiency, time management and setting appointments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert incoming calls and form leads to consultations
- Follow up on form leads as they are received
- Responding immediately to customer leads and phone calls
- Process invoices and payments
- Assist with tracking and ordering inventory
- Work with customers to solve any problems that may arise
- Coordinate the installation schedule

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail‐oriented and have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background, drug, and reference check

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
