Le **Gestionnaire des opérations** est responsable de superviser le fonctionnement d'une opération de livraison et de logistique importante et sensible au temps, qui répond aux attentes et aux besoins des clients. Cela comprend toutes les opérations quotidiennes, ainsi que la contribution à la budgétisation et à la planification annuelles.
**Veuillez prendre note**: L’horaire de travail pour ce rôle est du lundi au vendredi avec des heures normales de jour ; cependant, il peut être nécessaire de travailler des heures différentes ou supplémentaires de temps à autre, comme le quart de nuit pour soutenir l’équipe.
**Comment vous pouvez aider**
Gestion des opérations:
- Travaille avec l’équipe de direction de Logistique Dédiée pour s’assurer que les opérations satisfassent ou dépassent les exigences des clients et de l’entreprise en matière de coût unitaire, de qualité du service et de réactivité.
- Travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur des opérations sur les plans et objectifs opérationnels et contribue aux innovations futures.
- S’assure qu’un programme d’entretien préventif est en place et efficace pour la flotte et l’équipement.
- Développe, met en œuvre et suit mensuellement un « tableau de bord » opérationnel pour la compréhension visuelle de la performance par rapport aux éléments du plan.
- Gère les relations avec les courtiers, les courtiers-conducteurs, les clients et les services de soutien.
- Dirige une culture de travail sécuritaire et veille à ce que toutes les exigences en matière de sécurité soient respectées.
Leadership:
- Offre un leadership aux superviseurs afin d’assurer le respect des attentes opérationnelles et des clients.
- Développe une culture de sécurité, de professionnalisme et d’excellence du service dans tous les domaines des opérations.
- Maintien des politiques et des procédures pour assurer la conformité aux exigences fédérales et provinciales en matière de transport.
- S’assure que tous les incidents (blessures, collisions, déversements, etc.) sont rapidement signalés, documentés, que les causes fondamentales sont identifiées et que des mesures correctives et préventives sont mises en œuvre.
- Gère la fonction de répartition afin de s’assurer que les conducteurs sont répartis de manière à respecter les délais de livraison de l’entreprise, y compris les rapports du service à la clientèle pour les relations avec les clients.
- Gère les courtiers et les courtiers-conducteurs, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, les horaires des conducteurs, l’utilisation de l’équipement et les contrats des conducteurs.
- Fourni de l’encadrement et des conseils par l’entremise du processus de gestion du rendement, y compris l’établissement d’objectifs, des évaluations du rendement, les recommandations salariales, la planification du perfectionnement et la planification de la relève.
- Supervise et gère le perfectionnement professionnel pour soutenir le programme de développement du leadership.
- Motive et assure la participation du personnel et développe des pairs, des gestionnaires et des clients efficaces.
Administration:
- Contribue à l’élaboration des budgets annuels.
- Gère un budget de fonctionnement annuel.
- Veille au respect de toutes les exigences de l’entreprise et du dépôt des rapports qui sont requis en vertu des lois applicables.
**Vos compétences et votre expérience**:
- Anglais requis; Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est considéré comme un atout.
- Compétences avancées en communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Compétences informatiques - précision, produits MS, AS400, programmes basés sur le Web, scanners RF.
- Solides compétences en matière de dépannage et de résolution de problèmes.
- Compétences démontrées en matière de relations avec la clientèle.
- Solides compétences en résolution de conflits.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression et de respecter les délais avec un sens de l’urgence approprié.
- Capacité à défendre les besoins de l’entreprise dans un esprit de collaboration auprès du personnel et de ses collègues.
- Axé sur les résultats.
- Doit être automne et prendre de l’initiative.
- La connaissance de divers types d’équipement est un atout (c.à-d. camions, remorques, transpalettes, etc.).
- Un engagement solide envers la sécurité au travail.
- Responsable de la direction d’un groupe de plus de 60 employés ainsi que d’un grand groupe de courtiers-conducteurs, par l’intermédiaire d’une équipe de superviseurs et / ou de chefs d’équipe.
- Travaille normalement 40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi; peut être amené à travailler des heures différentes ou supplémentaires de temps à autre.
