Do you pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service? Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about animals? We are seeking a dedicated Client Care Coordinator to join our exceptional team and provide outstanding support to our valued clients.

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be our clients' first point of contact, providing friendly and professional assistance in person and over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients have a seamless and positive experience from the moment they contact our clinic. You will be crucial in managing client appointments, coordinating communication between clients and the veterinary team, and fostering lasting relationships with our clients.

Benefits available after 3 months of work, include comprehensive medical and dental benefits and seasonal passes to Callaghan Valley during the Winter and Sea to Sky Gondola in the Summer.

Established in 1997, Garibaldi Veterinary Hospital and its sister Cats Only hospital are full-service veterinary hospitals in Squamish, serving clients along the Sea to Sky Corridor.

One of Canada's fastest-growing communities, it is dynamic and multicultural and is set in a spectacular natural environment. Living in Squamish gives you access to unmatched outdoor experiences (world-class mountain biking, hiking, skiing, ocean activities, to name a few). You are also located minutes from Vancouver, one of the world's great cities.

- **Exceptional Customer Service**: Strive to exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction. Listen attentively, show empathy, and anticipate client needs. Handle client feedback or complaints professionally, seeking ways to improve the client experience.
