Bookkeeper/ CPA - Bleacher Rentals

**Job Type**: Part time to begin, likely becoming full time for the right person.

**Position Summary**:
Bleacher Rentals is a rapidly growing company in need of an experienced CPA book keeper for their Simcoe, Ontario office.

The Bookkeeper will be in charge of all in-house book keeping. They will also support daily office operations and assist sales, maintenance and operations staff as needed.

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour. Pay rate will be negotiated depending on experience.

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday; hours may be flexible.

**Work** **Location**: In person - Simcoe, ON (rural): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. Some remote work days may be possible once onboarded.

The Bookkeeper position is responsible for providing office support, clerical, and daily bookkeeping tasks, including, but not limited to:

- in-house bookkeeping, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, HST preparation and filing, WSIB, remittances, source deductions etc.
- Provide guidance on tax planning and compliance
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Perform audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements
- Ordering and purchasing, setting up accounts with suppliers, inventory management
- Human resources documents and organization
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases and spreadsheets with precision.
- General office support (filing, form completion, etc.)

- Minimum college diploma in applicable program
- Thorough knowledge of Quickbooks Online
- Thorough knowledge of Google sheets / workplace
- Previous experience in an book keeping role
