Utility Operator

Votre rôle:

- En tant qu’employé polyvalent, vous serez responsable de toutes les tâches d’assainissement, des remplacements et de toute autre tâche demandée par votre superviseur. Pour réussir, vous devez être en mesure:
- De produire des résultats dans des situations inédites en inspirant les autres et en vous efforçant quotidiennement de renforcer la confiance;- De servir les autres avec compréhension, respect et attention;- De travailler avec simplicité, clarté et transparence;- De vous adapter au changement et de susciter le changement;- D’organiser, d’établir des priorités et de prendre en charge plusieurs tâches en même temps tout en respectant, voire en devançant, les échéances;- D’apprendre et d’utiliser de nouvelles technologies et de partager ces connaissances avec les autres.- De travailler dans différences quart(jour,soir,nuit) selon les besoins de la production.
- Par-dessus tout, vous devrez exécuter toutes vos activités avec fiabilité, intégrité et conformité, ainsi que de manière sûre, respectueuse pour l’environnement et efficace.
- Vos responsabilités:
- Remplacements les vacances- Effectuer toutes les tâches d’assainissement et de recyclage d’une manière sûre et en respectant de bonnes pratiques d’hygiène
- Compétences essentielles et expérience:
- Être une personne autonome et responsable- Avoir un bon sens de la mécanique
- Atouts:
- Un permis pour chariot élévateur- De l’expérience en mécanique
- Exigences physiques et conditions de travail (avec ou sans accommodations raisonnables):
- Travailler dans un environnement chaud et froid- Doit être en mesure de soulever jusqu’à 50 livres

We're currently seeking Production Associates to excel in the following roles:

- Utility Operators: Responsible for maintaining and operating various utility systems and equipment and sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements that are essential for the production processes. This role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning and food safety compliance to support the overall operations of our plants.
- Bulk Operators: Responsible for loading bulk deliver vessels and sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements and ensure compliance within the bulk department to support the production process. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient bulk loading of our products.
- Elevator Operators: Responsible for operating and maintaining the elevators or lifts and sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements used within our production facilities. Their primary role is to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of raw materials, such as grains or ingredients, throughout the facility to production of the final product.
- Warehouse Operators: Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse and sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements within our production facilities. They are involved in various tasks related to receiving, storing, organizing, forklift operation and distributing our raw materials and finished products.
