Word Processor Operator

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Create, edit, and format technical documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to gather necessary information for documentation.
- Ensure all documents meet company standards for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain organized records of all processed documents for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to understand technical terminology related to heavy equipment operation.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation is preferred.
- Experience with commercial driving, rig operations, or horizontal drilling is a plus.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts or cranes is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
